I decided to document my hair journey. All my life I have struggled with my hair. It was never long enough and at other times not healthy enough. Sometimes it was even totally gone in some spots. Bad care, ignorance, impatience and my need to conform drove me to weaves, jerri curls, too tight braids and the dreaded perm. Thanks to places like napturality.com, I am learning to love my hair as God made it. So this space is dedicated to all the women who are on this journey with me and those who are yet to come.
